Shipping Restrictions

  • Fabric swatches/booklets: Shipped from domestic warehouse
  • Curtains, blinds, shades: Shipped directly from our vertical factory via UPS, DHL, or FedEx

Address Changes

We cannot change your shipping address after the package has been picked up by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • Outside US: Duties and VAT covered in most regions
  • Some countries may charge local customs VAT/import fees (customer responsibility)
